Creative Blok

Creative Blok is a catalog of heuristic design explorations that examine the nuanced formal and material interactions between people, objects, and environments. Through studies in form, texture, structure, and function, the project treats design as a way of thinking through making. Each exploration begins as a small experiment that develops through iterative encounters with materials, fabrication processes, spatial conditions, and everyday rituals.

Rather than presenting design as a fixed solution, objects and spaces are conceived of as open-ended propositions. The work investigates how material systems can invite touch, shape behavior, produce atmosphere, and create new relationships between bodies and their surroundings. The assembled projects function as both an archive and a working method: a collection of tests, fragments, and speculative objects that provide generative conditions for discovery.
