Creative Blok
Creative blok is a catalog of heuristic design experiments that examine the nuanced formal and material interactions between people, objects, and environments.

Each artifact is conceived as a heuristic device that prompts a participatory open ended process leading to unexpected design outcomes.

.

These interactive objects are a series of poplar blocks that have been split into angled forms. Part puzzle, part fidget toy, and part sculpture - the forms can be twisted, separated, and offset. Constructed from solid poplar and neodymium magnets, these tactile forms have satisfying swiveling, clicking connections that encourage players not just to solve the puzzles, but to stack, fidget and twist the blocks into sculptural shapes.
